Ross Hunter

Hey, I’m Ross Hunter.

With over two decades of experience, I am a seasoned Consultant, Coach, Facilitator, Keynote Speaker, and Co-Author dedicated to driving high performance in individuals, teams, and organizations. My journey spans a diverse range of environments—from elite sports, both as a player and coach, to a global consultancy partnering with startups, SMEs, and international brands, and most recently, a leadership role within a FTSE 20 company with over 35,000 employees.

My passion lies in fostering peak performance through leadership development, coaching, and maximizing the potential of high-performing teams. My expertise has been honed in high-stakes settings, where I have earned a reputation for enhancing leadership capability and cultivating coaching cultures that drive measurable business outcomes.

This journey began in elite sport. As the 21st coach of an England Cricket Team and Head Coach of the England Blind Cricket Team, my coaching philosophy was profoundly shaped. I wasn’t the expert—the game was entirely different from my playing experience, and I am not visually impaired. I learned that true coaching is about serving others, asking questions without knowing the answers, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

I am passionate about inspiring leaders to embrace the responsibility and privilege of leading, igniting their commitment to achieve through others. I excel at galvanizing teams, helping them define their unique identity, clarifying what it will take for them to win, and creating environments where real behaviour change happens.
