The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Taking part in a company survey or diagnostic
- Interacting with our online products; including (but not limited to) our website, webinar registrations and whitepaper downloads
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Data disclosed by an authorised third party (i.e. employer) on the individual’s behalf
- Data obtained from linked system or database
- Data generated through user interaction with systems/services

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored centrally on secure cloud-based systems. We have taken every reasonable step to ensure that your personal data is held securely at all times, and that access to these are closely monitored.
We keep email addresses and professional information for the time period required; this will be dependent on the length of the programme, plus a period of 5 years beyond to ensure we can maintain a quality business service. We will then dispose your information by removing it from our database.

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
