I have a passion for connecting people to close the inequality gaps at a leadership level. I collaborate with individuals and organisations globally to design and facilitate bespoke and experiential leadership programmes, executive coaching and keynote speaking, by challenging the status quo in a safe, inclusive and thought-provoking way, drawing upon an extensive breadth of knowledge across industries to stimulate new ways of thinking on both sides of the inequality equation.

As a senior female leader in the corporate world for 20 years, I have experienced first-hand the toxicity of subtle gender discrimination. This led me to become a pioneer in developing sustainable and innovative solutions to inequality challenges faced by leaders in male-dominated environments. I advocate for breaking down these barriers and fostering inclusivity within organisations through reverse mentoring and other creative methodologies to help leaders and their people develop vital inclusivity skills, such as curiosity, humility and resilience, with empathy. My unique approach to leadership development is rooted in compassion and kindness, allowing leaders to feel “acknowledged, inspired, and empowered to thrive”.
