I’ve been part of Cleartrack since the beginning, with over 14 years’ experience building and leading the consultancy. Throughout that time, I’ve remained driven by a strong interest in people and what helps them perform, grow, and connect.
Before Cleartrack, I spent more than a decade working alongside leading thinkers and speakers—helping to curate events that explored how individuals and teams achieve success in its many forms.
As an EMCC-accredited executive coach, I now work with leaders, creatives, and professionals to build clarity, confidence, and momentum. I bring a mix of business experience and intuitive insight, helping clients get to the root of what drives their decisions, behaviours, and potential. Central to my coaching style is a natural ability to quickly establish high-trust relationships and uncover the underlying drivers that shape behaviour and decision-making
