I am a highly experienced Learning and Organisational Development consultant, facilitator and coach. I specialise in leadership development and partners with senior leaders across entire organisations to drive culture change. I also work with intact Board level teams and their extended leadership teams, including the last 5 years with the Board, top 100 leaders and full Commercial and Sales Functions at an international aerospace company. I have built extensive cross-industry knowledge and experience from a wide range of leading international clients over 25 years.
Change leadership, coaching and team development solutions are also areas of expertise for me, along with design and facilitation of strategy development, culture change and business partnering programmes. I am a qualified practitioner in a wide range of psychometric profiling tools which add depth and consistency to assessment and development programmes and coaching relationships.
A key global client for whom I designed and delivered a Specialist Engineering Development Programme for 5 years described me as “an expert facilitator who role models influencing, coaching and engagement, Claire balances a professional and focused leadership style with her natural passion for learning and sense of fun”.
Prior to consulting, I was Head of Learning and Development at Global Home Loans and Global Development Manager for AXA Investment Managers. I designed and implemented performance management systems with supporting behavioural (competency) frameworks and 360 feedback assessments, talent identification and development programmes, succession planning, graduate recruitment and development schemes plus assessment and development centres.
I am also part of a start-up aiming to disrupt organisational engagement by producing a self-development platform which puts people in control of their happiness at work by equipping everyone with the tools to raise their self-awareness, guide them to reflect in depth and commit to doing one thing differently to kick-start positive change for themselves.
